"Health comes from eating" is an ambitious educational project aimed at encouraging the child to acquire basic knowledge for a healthy diet.
At the heart of the project is the food pyramid: the focus is on the one hand, on the nutrients and food groups and, on the correct frequency and variety of food.
The ambition of the project is an attempt to help prevent childhood obesity. We endeavor to foster in children an active lifestyle and will make them capable of evaluating the healthy portion of food.
The trip ends with an interesting laboratory that invites the senses to know the foods using taste, smell, touch and sight.
The project, as structured, interdisciplinary and combines educational goals in an educational and interactive suitable for children of primary school.
